Working with Asset Managers, Building Owners or Managers, we start by taking a genuinely holistic look at your entire portfolio to identify the shortcomings and opportunities of your building(s).

With our strong background and experience in project-specific financial planning and execution, and our range of in-house benchmarking and modelling tools, we understand the importance of gathering relevant data, and then analysing, interpreting and presenting it in a way that can guide confident asset management decisions.

We’ll present a strategy based on which green building interventions are best suited, as well as clearly present the return on investment that can be achieved, be it economic, environmental or social. We have developed benchmarking tools to compare buildings and easily identify where the most urgent interventions are required.

Sophisticated modelling tools also allow us to accurately predict future performance and return on investment. Weighing up different initiatives or projects, such as HVAC replacement versus lighting retrofits.  Having developed these systems in-house gives us the edge, which in turn gives your property portfolio a significant sustainability advantage.

Once the strategic decisions have been made, we ensure that the projects are successfully carried out, and all the subsequent monitoring and evaluation of system performance takes place.

Opportunities identified in the strategy phase could relate to certification, energy efficiency, renewable energy generation, waste management, water efficiency or sustainable interior design interventions that encourage healthier, more considered spaces.

We develop and facilitate implementation of the specific initiatives we’ve recommended and produce board-level presentations that can help the approval process and get the procurement stage approved.

During implementation, we value collaboration and partner with specialists who have a proven track record and expertise in green building and environmental solutions. We are committed to coordinating a transparent and independent procurement process as well as provide guidance to ensure contractors can be well-briefed on what they would be required to deliver.
